Delivery time and prices for express productions

The normal delivery time is between 5-6 weeks for runs of up to 1500 Pairs. For runs of more than 1500 Pairs, the delivery time can be agreed individually, with partial deliveries if necessary.

Express production with delivery times of 3-4 weeks is possible for a 10% surcharge and for runs of less than 2000 Pairs, subject to available production capacity for the selected type of sock.

The production of prototypes is not possible for projects with a delivery time of less than 5 weeks.

Prototype

We can produce prototypes before series production. A prototype costs 150£ net, of which 75£ can be credited back to the invoice for series production.

The time frame for a project with a prototype should be at least 6 weeks and there should be no fixed deadline. 95% of projects do not require individual prototypes.

We are happy to send you sample socks so that you can see the quality of the socks, and if required, color samples of cotton colors so that you can see the colors in the original and choose them.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for a shipment within Europe including United Kingdom are already included in the price. If the socks are to be sent to multiple addresses or outside the EU, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, additional costs may apply depending on the size and weight of the shipment, as well as the required shipping time. We will let you know the shipping costs in advance. We are however not responsible for local customs and local taxes, which might have to be paid extra.

VAT & Customs

All prices stated on the website are net prices.

European Union: VAT applies for customers without a valid VAT-ID, VAT is 0% for customers with a valid VAT-ID (Reverse Charge)
All other countries: No VAT, the recipient of the goods is responsible for taxation. In this case taxation is mostly handled by the courier companies.

Customs and import costs

The carrier companies will invoice you any customs or importation costs. Mostly they will charge a small handling fee, plus customs and taxes as per the rules of your country. The tariff number for socks varies depending on the material and type. Here are some relevant tariff numbers:

61159699: Synthetic stockings and socks.
61159500: Cotton stockings.

Inside in the European Union there are no customs. The country of origin is either Poland or Germany.

Payment methods

You will receive our invoice after receiving the socks and have 10 days to pay it. The standard payment method is SEPA transfer. You will find the account details on our invoice.

Payment by credit card is possible on request via Paypal. Since Paypal charges 2.9% fees, these must be paid in addition to the gross price if you pay by credit card / Paypal.
