How long is the delivery time?

Our usual project duration is 5-6 weeks from approval of the final visualization and the order summary. This means that there must be a valid order and a final design. The label design or bandlabel design can also be completed a little later. For large runs of 3000 pairs or more, the delivery time may be slightly longer. We will let you know this in advance.

Can certain delivery deadlines be met?

We offer to comply with delivery deadlines at no extra charge and deliver on or before the agreed deadline. The order date must be at least 4 weeks before the desired delivery date and this is only possible if the order situation allows it. Shorter delivery times may be possible for an additional charge. In this case, you will receive an individual offer.

What payment methods are available?

You will receive our invoice. The standard payment method is SEPA transfer. You will find the account details on our invoice.

Payment by credit card is possible on request via Paypal. Since Paypal charges 2.9% fees, these must be paid in addition to the gross price if you pay by credit card.

When will the invoice be issued?

The invoice will be sent to you or the recipient of the invoice by email approximately at the same time as the socks are dispatched.

After receipt, you have 10 days to pay the invoice.

Do you offer discounts?

Because we only create the invoices after the goods have been dispatched, we have a short payment term and do not offer any additional discount options.

How much does express shipping cost?

Since the delivery date is clear in advance and the shipping time does not make up the largest part of the total production time, we do not offer express shipping as an additional option. We use express shipping rates when it is necessary to meet the delivery dates. An exception is very short project lead times of less than 4 weeks. In this case, it is possible that surcharges for express shipping or accelerated production are necessary and we have to charge something for this.
